And, yes, there really is a swinging bridge!

  1. We would like a live tree to plant after Christmas. Do you sell any that can be planted after the holidays are past?

    1. Sorry – We tried that a few years ago and ended up with holes on our hill. As a working farm, that makes it dangerous for our guests – it is bad enough with groundhogs, rabbits, and other critters. Check with a local garden center – they have them balled and ready to replant. You will likely want to buy it rather close to Christmas, just so it does not come out of dormancy and be subject to freezing. . . unless you decorate it on the porch or some place where it stays cool.
IF you would like a cut tree for indoors – come see us the Friday after Thanksgiving or other weekends. Sorry – and thanks! – Jack Scott

  2. Hi. I wanted to come see your Christmas tree farm and bring my dog to get holiday photos of him in front of a Christmas tree. Are any of your trees decorated with lights?

    1. Sorry – the farm is all natural – no lighted trees, at least not this year. But, dogs are welcome (as long as they play nice 🙂

  3. Hello! I am a photographer. Was wondering if you could tell me if it would be an option to use your tree farm for Christmas Minis. And if that is an option what is the pricing?

    1. Yes we have a policy for handling professional photography at the farm. Please call for details as the fees vary depending on the day of the week and whether the family/families are buying a tree or not. Thanks!

    1. Yes! If they are just your family taking the pictures.
If you are a professional photographer wanting to use the farm as a backdrop, please call the farm for terms and to make arrangements.

  4. My family of 5 went today to get a tree. The people who run it were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They let my children help with the twine and gave us tips on keeping the tree fresh. What started as a quick grab a tree turned into a forever memory with a beautiful, fresh, perfect tree.

  5. we found you in 2010 and have made your farm our yearly family tradition ever since. we have children now that range in age now 20,6, and five months. the middle one has always been to your farm and not only do we cut a family tree he pics his own for his room we expect the little one will grow to want the same. thank you for providing great memories and pics. you’re not a huge farm but you’re all we need .

  6. Had a wonderful time today! My parents always brought me to the farm as a child and now Im starting the 2nd generation tradition and brought my new daughter for her first Christmas tree! Found a beautiful one too! Thanks for all of the continued memories!!

  7. Hello!

My fiancé and I are coming down there soon and we were wondering if you allow folks to do photography sessions there? She wants to get a wreath and take some nice photos for Christmas!

    Thanks!

    1. We certainly hope you WON’T forget your camera when you come – the farm is so photogenic! So, feel welcome to come and take pictures. If the tree parking area is full, we may ask you to move your car to open a space for others. But, please feel free to take your time. – Jack

  8. Thank you for being so friendly and kind today! We had a great time finding our tree and exploring your farm…even though I locked the keys in our truck! Merry Christmas!

    1. So wonderful that it all worked out so well. There are lots of ways to make memories . . . You folks were great examples of rolling with the problems and laughing at adversity. Great examples for everyone at the farm!! Merry Christmas! – Jack

  9. Hi there! I wanted to see if you all have any policies about dogs. We are wanting to come purchase a tree and a wreath but also take some Christmas card pictures with our two dogs. They’re well behaved, and we would keep them on their leashes the whole time.
    Thank you so much!

    1. No problem. We love well-behaved dogs! In fact, your pups will likely meet our long-time farm-dog Daisy and her new playmate Brie. So, bring your dogs and your camera and have fun! – Jack
